Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, fish or meat eater the day offers you a more interesting and healthy view to balanced nutrition that both delights and inspires attendees.

These weekend workshops based on vegetarian nutrition can be easily adapted to suit meat and fish eaters. Workshops are limited to 6 people only so early booking is advisable.

Each workshop introduces ideas with foods for single people, families, special occasions or special dietary requirements. The foods include whole grains, seeds, nuts, fruit, vegetables, unpolished brown rice, pulses (dried beans, peas, lentils) dairy and soy products, herbs and spices that contribute to keeping you fit and healthy.
